What types of file we handle for you
Word / Excel / PowerPoint
We handle Office files (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as a standard. We always follow the rules of proper formatting. We suggest you provide us with files in their native formats, i.e. those in which they were created. Even advanced formatting of .docx, .pptx, or .xlsx files doesn’t usually require extra work.
If you don’t have editable source files, we will convert PDFs into equivalent files in MS Word or InDesign format, depending on the intended use of the translation. Read more about PDF conversion
InDesign / FrameMaker
.indd, .idml, .icml, .fm, .mif... InDesign and FrameMaker are professional desktop publishing software. This software can be used to create PDF files with content to be printed or published in the Internet, offering high graphics quality and wide possibilities for text layout. We use the InDesign CC & CS6 on Windows & Mac as well as FrameMaker 10 software.
.XML, .RESX, .INI, Java .properties
Our team of experienced software developers, equipped with all the necessary tools, can design the Polish language interface of any application or device.
We preserve the code structure, adjust key shortcuts, and respect text length limitations.

We translate directly in the HTML code, preserve the tagging structure and validity and we also work according to the SEO rules. We work with popular CMS software (WordPress, Joomla, TYPO3 etc.), support multilingual plugins such as WPML and translate CMS exports in XLIFF, XML, and SQL formats, among others.
